Outlines the activities of CCSA in fiscal year 2018–2019 and provides the auditor’s report. Highlights include stigma workshops and efforts to end the stigma associated with substance use, analysis of the costs of substance use in Canada, activities to reduce the harms of opioids and provision of public education on cannabis as it became legalized in Canada.
