Webinar | The Relationship Between Mental Health and Substance Use During the Pandemic
Date: April 29, 2021
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all Canadians and increased stress on many fronts. The impacts of the crisis on Canadians’ mental health are becoming increasingly clear. Furthermore, alcohol and cannabis use has also increased.
The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction and the Mental Health Commission of Canada commissioned Leger to conduct a series of ongoing surveys monitoring how the pandemic is impacting Canadians’ mental health and substance use.
Join us for a webinar, hosted by Leger, on the relationship between mental health and substance use during the pandemic. Llisa Morrow, Senior Research Director, Leger, will share a short presentation about our latest survey findings. The presentation will be followed by a panel-style discussion and a brief question and answer session.
