With over 25 years of experience in finance leadership across diverse industries and global markets, Lakhder Malki is a highly accomplished Board Director and financial strategist. He has a proven track record in financial governance, corporate finance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and driving sustainable business growth.

Lakhder has held leadership roles in multinational organizations, overseeing budgets exceeding $1 billion and leading teams of up to 34 members. He has also served as Chair of Finance and Audit Committees, implementing transformative governance practices that enhance transparency, accountability and financial performance.

In addition to his executive expertise, Lakhder has been instrumental in spearheading digital transformations, ESG (environmental, social, governance) frameworks and innovative financial strategies that contribute to long-term corporate success. He brings a global perspective to boardrooms, leveraging his fluency in English, French and Arabic to foster international partnerships and navigate complex financial landscapes.

Lakhder holds an MBA in Business Administration with honors and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants. He is passionate about driving innovation, promoting sustainability and creating value for partners.
