Scientific Advisory Council
In 2007, CCSA formed the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) to inform our work of the latest scientific developments in the substance use and addiction field, to ensure that the biomedical and neuroscience perspectives and data are incorporated in our work, to connect key researchers and clinical experts in the field and to highlight emerging trends in clinical development and research.
SAC helps CCSA create new partnerships and connections with academic institutions and offers an opportunity through its activities to influence policy and practice to transform clinical and community programs.
