Provides a list of tools, resources and information with links to help workplaces develop new or improve existing workplace policies to address impairment and substance use affecting the workplace. Impairment can be a result of different reasons (e.g., fatigue, alcohol, stress, prescriptions, etc.) and these resources will help employers create comprehensive and more effective policies. The resources include a guide to developing a workplace policy, information on impairing substances, human rights obligations and workplace programs.
