Le Centre canadien sur les dépendances et l’usage de substances (CCDUS) occupe une place unique en tant que plus éminente autorité au pays sur les questions touchant les dépendances et l’usage de substances. Ses experts de renommée internationale, de même que sa relation complémentaire mais autonome avec le gouvernement, permettent au CCDUS d’avoir des retombées durables sur la société canadienne, grâce à son engagement avec le secteur public.

Le CCDUS renseigne les représentants élus, les principaux responsables des politiques, les professionnels de l’usage de substances et le public sur les données probantes et les bonnes pratiques, ce qui est primordial pour parer aux méfaits liés aux dépendances et à l’usage de substances.
